Shipping information
We offer two shipping methods: standard delivery (4-10 business days) and express delivery (next day).
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and a link to track your package in real time. Alternatively, you can go to the "Track My Package" page and use the confirmation number we will email you after your purchase to track your package.
Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you choose. Generally, we process and ship orders within 4-10 business days.
Standard delivery is free for all! There is an additional charge of 10,00$ for express delivery (1 business day).
If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change the shipping address before shipping.
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery notification by email with the delivery details.
If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately. We will ask you for pictures of the damaged package and the contents to help us resolve the problem.
